The Internet is a great way to shop for a vehicle. It is easy to compare features, prices and models in the comfort of your home.   It is also a good place to find an attractive price or a rare model.  Unfortunately, it is also the new frontier of vehicle fraud.    Because of the anonymity of the process, a bad dealer can hide behind a transaction that crosses several state lines.
